What is the template "recomended by unity site" ? Usually this situation appears when user tries to work with template for old version of Dolphin. In templates for 6.0 files like BxTemplCmtsView.php are missing. In this case you can try to explode similar files from default Unity template but better contact with author of template and check existence of current template for needing version.
