Hi Andre,

It's not the Logo that counts it's the Product and I just hope you have started to settle down and get it right because if you don't produce something noteworthy you're going to lose all credibility in the marketplace.

Like Herbert I purchased the SmartPro package and after investing thousands in this venture my honest opinion is that you should stabilize the quality of the product you have on the table before you start boasting about something new. After all of the anxiety and dissapointment see more we have suffered how can you possibly expect anyone to get excited about some new scheme unless you can offer total assurance to your paying custtomers that we are going to get the quality product we paid for?

Like Herbert I waited for weeks until last Monday when I paid to have Dolphin 6.0 upgraded to 6.1.2 and not 15 minutes into evaluating the software I started to find major problems.

So now my business venture is shut down again and I'm losing money everyday. The love and excitement I once felt for you and your company has turned to dissapointment and I can only pray that you will start to use proper judgement and get this derailed train back on the tracks.

Hi Juker,

pretty much exactly what we're trying to fix. Dolphin is being used for ll sorts of setups, it has gazillion of features and very often this turns into a neverending features-bugs hunt cycle. Although Dolphin is #1 out-of-the-box community software solution now - there's still a huge number of problems. We are and we will be chasing them. But you want MAJOR improvement that would get you past any software concerns and would just let you move on to the business side, right? For that, see more we need to do some core changes, fast.

SP customers are the ones to benefit most.

I hear your frustration, but I wouldn't recommend anybody else, and I can assure you that we will do better.
