Add a Page and link to it

Anyone know how to add a page on my site and have a tab to it?

You have to do two things, go to page builders and click on new page and build the page.  Pages can have three types of blocks, HTML, RSS, and PHP; php blocks are code blocks and to add a php block you need to add the free Add PHP Blocks mod from Deano.  Once you create the page if you click on view page, you can add a menu link to the page by using the Navigation Menu Builder.
