Apple rebranding

Several people doing Apple rebranding, has anyone had a good experience with one of the Apple rebranders?  I'm having a bad experience with my developer.  I've figured out whoever you have rebranding your Apple app has to be experienced.

Yes, I mean Apple mobile app rebranding. Apple has lots of rules for submitting a mobile app. I see several people offer Apple rebranding service in marketplace.  I'm hoping someone can refer me to one that they used and did a good job.  I used a developer from marketplace, not having a good experience with my developer.  This person does not know the rules.
