Boonex Trac is stupid

When are you guys at Boonex going to restrict trac ticket entry privileges to members that actually know what trac is for?  That way, you won't have endless tickets like this one:

Wow.

I have seen quite a few posts like this, but this one is not even for dolphin. Not even a product from boonex.

Thats a module that should be removed from the market anyway. From all the posts i see in the forums, he is not supporting it.

My dog has fleas - is a phrase Hawaiians traditionally use to tune ukuleles. That's about as much as we can comment on the issue at the moment.

He actually removed the license bit so the person that issue the ticket can just install and use; I guess he forgot to update the listing.  Wow, can I issue a ticket?

Besides, look at how many tickets go back three, four, five years without being fixed.

I try to close 'em when I see 'em. But every now and then somebody makes a ticket:

  • For an issue with their site that should be in the forums
  • About a BoonEx install and lists all their sensitive login information
  • For a third-party market item

I usually PM them and if I'm lucky, they don't make a second or third ticket. Maybe ticket rights should be scaled back.
