Problem with Video/Sound Chooser... Not Loading...

Hi

My site is running 7.1.4. No extra modules installed. Not cached.

When a member tries to select a video or sound loader (flash, embed, regular or record) - a spinning symbol appears but the selected loader never loads...!

I'm pretty sure the problem lies with the flash module??? I've got all the flash modules set as default - so no unnecessary changes. I also have the correct permissions on the appropriate folders (755/files at 644).

Can any one suggest help with this? My members are getting angry as I can't get the loader to work....

Please could you check if there are any JavaScript errors in browser's error console ?

Went to bed and woke up and the video/sound uploader options are now working..!

Was the cache turned off or cleared? It could have been some bad JavaScript.

 Not really sure. The cache was turned off. When I turned if off and tried to choose a loader, the spinning wheel just kept spinning as per usual. I turned the computer off, went to bed, got up and then it was working...

Maybe I needed to clear browser cache...??? (Turning off computer did that)...

Oh dear - I spoke too soon. Problem has returned without explanation or reason...!

Anyone else experiencing this?

Using 7.1.4 and the problem seems to come and go without reason...

I checked your site two times, and it was working. But I've noticed that everything works very very slowly, so maybe this is the problem, sometimes it just timeout.

I would suggest to ask your hosting support about the problem.
