i know - it seems silly - but something has to be uploaded to enable it to be purchased - most common suggestion is a simple file that says thanks for purchasing, your order is being shipped - or something like that.

it is silly.

I would suggest to any boonex staff watching this thread is to rename it a downloadable store as this is what it is and does not suit everyone.

do you have the box checked for Active under the payment module - paypal, and did you put the data return Url in your paypal account?

yes checked the box and i cant place the data retrun URL into my paypal account as this pp account is used for my hosting business which i use WHMCS, so cant change the IPN URL, but as you are only adding the item to the cart which is not at checkout stage then this should not matter

No, just gave up and looking for a solution from a script that is not run by children (boonex) who never care when its users have issues and what a solution.

The store module is for digital goods, yes. There's no functionality in there to handle physical items, so it's recommended to install a script like OpenCart. If needed, it shouldn't be much to hire somebody to make a simple login integration.

I have been posting all over the internet including Boonex Jobs and oDesk and yet nobody wants to honor this request.

I basically bought the Prime license assuming that the store works for selling physical goods and now I am being fooled.

Can someone help me here?

The store module only supports digital products that can be downloaded. If you want to extend it, you'll need to hire somebody who can implement the necessary features. Otherwise, it may be easier to simply use a script like OpenCart.

I think I read where AntonLV; http://www.boonex.com/AntonLV, modified the store module to sell physical goods.  Contact him with questions.

That's correct geek_girl. I had mods written for the Stores module for physical items.

Contact AQB Soft (AntonLV) for more information.
