"Click here to upgrade" problem with upgrading

In addition to the free "Standard" membership, l I have two levels of paid membership.  The member sees the "click here to upgrade" when they are a "Standard" member.  If they then choose to upgrade to Tier 1, they wont see the upgrade link anymore to upgrade to Tier 2 in the future.  Is this true for others?  Any fix?

I wanted to bump this an ask if this is how this behaves for everyone.  Please check and reply.

Disregard.  Behaves to spec.  If a member has a paid type membership, the upgrade now link isn't on the account page, but is for the standard members.  A paid member can upgrade longer or to a different type if they go to "My Membership".
