2 row menu cant select bottom row

Hi

I have split my top main nav menu into 2 rows using the feature in advanced settings. (at the bottom)

When I hover over a top row menu item the sub menus appear

but it is almost impossible to select them because as soon as you move off the main menu top row they disappear !

Anyone know a fix for this?

You would think whoever designed this would have to be working with brail code to miss something like that no?
