You can solve easy in this way, open the file css of 3Col module and adds the !important attribute at the input submit.

For example:

the property

background: url("http://carpbook.co.uk//templates/tmpl_black/images/button_blue.png") repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;

must be set:

background: url("http://carpbook.co.uk//templates/tmpl_black/images/button_blue.png") repeat scroll 0 0 transparent !important;
