404 Not Found issues

Hello,

Whenever the emails are sent from the site, they contain a link to the users profile that sent the email.  However, when you click on that link in the email you get the dreaded "404 Not Found" error.

Could anyone tell me why this is happening?

Could it be that you have to be logged in before you click the link?

If non-members haven't got the right to view profiles then it won't work unless the recipient is logged in.  Alternatively, allow non-members to view profiles in the admin settings.
