Admin - profiles.php, database error

Hi everyone. I am desperate after i messed up my whole site from 6.0003 to 6.1.2 upgrade. Whatever, i fixed it... But after a fresh install i cannot click on Users from Admin Panel. It says Database query error. and a "PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/mailparse.so'. Can anyone advice me what to do? Because i cannot  access the "Users" link from Admin Panel, and that means i also cannot approve profiles. I have to mention that i do not have access to php.ini. Thank you all in advance

.. I`m not sure that this is Dolphin issue

This is problem of your PHP

mailparse was installed

but after someone delete your mail library

/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/mailparse.so'

so you should restore it

It seems that my hosting noticed the error and fixed it before for me to notify them. Now is fine. Thank you Andrei.
