Avatars Not Showing / Chat Not Working 100%

Hi there:

I just installed a new copy of Dolphin 7.0.2
The install went great no error messages or anything

But now in my site the users Avatars Are Not Showing Up.. to see look at http://www.beanflycafe.com you can see from the members list on the home page there all white.

also in the chat room if you click on a user in the lobby and the close that small box and click on the same or another user nothing comes up again. you have to reload the page to do so. http://beanflycafe.com/m/chat/home/

I thought maybe it was the corn jobs but the website sends e-mails when you sign up and all that. and I did set them up but maybe something got missed?

any info would be great thank you

Suddenly some of our members avatars are not showing up too... just recently today... including my own. Nothing has changed. Odd!? Any ideas?
