Backgrounds and Background Colors not working

I was wondering . On my website when a customer clicks on customize profile it lets them change everything except the background and back ground colors ...

when they chose a background color it only shows up as a border color and when they upload a background image it doesnt show up at all...

I have a check mark in the advanced section allowing them to customize ..

I also checked where it says to give approval for a background and even after I aprove it ..it still wont show up .

Does anyone know how to fix this so the backrounds and background images show up .

I would do the Dolphin6.1.3 and Dolphin6.1.4 upgrade as they have profile PHP files which have been updated which might solve your issue.
