I have just discovered after closing my account with hostupon on Sept 3rd that they have continued to take payments on Sept 11th and then again on Oct 11th. Luckily i have retained the email confirming my cancelation.
The reason i left them in the first place was they were unable to provide a decent hosting service and now their billing dept turns out to be just as shoddy
How can such a company ever be recommended?
