Buy now on ads?

I know that boonex are working on the store but what if we just add a buy now buttons on the ads section where possible?

Has anyone done this? Any ideas? Ive searched the forum but cant find anything.

You can use store module for this. I think there many work with ads that will allow buy something in ads

I am wondering what the difference is between store and ads then if you can just buy the store mod doesnt it make it more or less the same thing?
