You might can accomplish this by using the Profile Type Splitter and Membership splitter modules in the Market. You would set up abc, dfg, hij profile types and then with the membership splitter set up the membership that each can have. Then you can use the PAC (page access control) module to control what pages, menus etc each profile type can see with the particular membership level. If each subdomain is truly a separate site, then just install three separate Dolphin. Of course you will need a license for each subdomain if you want to remove the Boonex bug.
