Can anyone suggest a host that is cheap but works good with Dolphin and RMS

"Cheap" and "Dolphin" isn't a good combination. If you go with a "cheap" web hosting provider (which is anyone recommended by BoonEx), you will find yourself in hot water pretty quickly, as the web hosting is inadequate for a beast such as Dolphin.

But what others say, cheap and good will not come together.

there is no better than terabyte hosting. i use this host myself and i have done for 3 years now i had down time only once and for 2 hours in 3 years. they are very good and offer a good price and quality help as well.
