Can someone tell me what this means?

When a member clicks on a users profile this comes up ...   (Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16384 bytes) in /home/cb3dmesp/public_html/inc/utils.inc.php on line 850)

But when I am logged in as admin and I click on a profile it does not happen. I tested this like 5 times and used a test member account to see it. It only does it from the members side not admin, Any Ideas?
