Currently I have the problem when wanting to create a new profile
field it shows me :"Sorry couldn't insert new item. Please check if
NEW_ITEM already exists." Which it does not. Meaning there is no new
item there.
Support supposedly fixed that one already before and it was working for
a while but now I have that problem again which shouldn't be. How can that be fixed? Am not a programmer.
