Cant connect to RMS

My RMS doesnt work, it says "Cant connect to RMS". Ive done everything that i had to do by following Dolphin instruction. How can i make it work then ?

do you have your own RMS or use rms.boonex.com? If it is rms.boonex.com - you need to contact support - if it is your own RMS - first of all check if ports 1935 and 5080 are opened in your server. For details PM me.

I use rms.boonex.com for dolphin free version. Still on 2nd day waiting for email from dolphin support, hopefully they wont be long answering my mail :/
