Captcha and third-party modules do not work

Captcha and third-party modules do not work when members visit the Dolphin 7.4.2 with php 7.2 website.

If I log in as an administration on the frontend, Captcha and the third-party modules work.

What could be the problem of his.

Hello Jurgen!

As we were talking before it may be a special code which adds smth for logged members and this code prevents the normal work of Captcha code. For example - if the page contains the Javascript errors then Captcha will not work.
