Changing the submenu?

How does one change the "submenu" or secondary menu that displays under each module?  For example, if you go the Blogs, there is a second menu bar that shows just below the main navigation menu that lists a number of functions within the blog.   I noticed that in some situations, items on this menu do not necessarily correspond to the function and I would like to change what is there to something else.

Is this available within Dolphin Admin?

You can change the submenu items from administration, builders, navigation menu.

Thanks for the reply, but that only gets me to the main menu bar.  I am trying to edit the menu bars that show up underneath that bar that are relative to the different modules.  For example, if you click on Forum from the main bar, there will be a submenu with the following links  -it is this submenu I want to edit

Submenu items are actually child menu items, which are located in their respective place in the navigation menu builder. For example, under the forums menu item, there are several child menu items, which are actually the menu items for the submenu.

That did sound a bit confusing.

So they are...got thrown off by the different names.  For example, in Photos, the menu bar item is called "Hot or Not", but the item in navigation menu is called "PhotosRate".
