Chat & IM always: "Loading"

Hey, i hope that there is anybody who could help me.
I've installed ray chat and im on our server with the Ray Admin Console successfully.
But everytime i try to access the Chat or the IM it always stuck in the "Loading" state.
It only display "Loading".  I have setup the customFunctions.inc.php too.

So, weed need that chat and the im as soons as possible for our online community, everybody is asking for it.
We booked the Boonex Installation Service but they couldnt install it. Maybe you have some hints for me.
I apologize every suggestion!!

Btw. im using it without Dolphin.

I have the same problem, and My RMS was installed by the boonex staff. I buy the service.

Many troubles will can be with Ray, perhaps your "ray/global/inc/custom_functions.php" consist some of errors. That will need to test (XML answer from ray). May be I will can help you? Please contact with me.
