Chat problem 7

I have a problem with the chat on my website.
When i want to use the chat,it keeps saying "connecting".
But nothing happens and it stay "connecting" all the time.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem can be?

I think you have not configured the RMS.
You can solve the problem by setting up in your cat and fired "USE RMS"

The RMS have been checked and its configured right.

I hope somebody have another idea what i can try more to fix this problem.

I'm having the same issue.. last time it was my RMS IP, so I contacted Arvixe and confirmed that the RMS address was correct..

So now I'm looking into new chats, it is the only thing not working on my site right now, and my users love to use it.

Yes its the only problem i have with my site too.
