I am using D7.0.2 with the couple feature and noticed a few things. If this is how couple works, what use is it.
ISSUE 1
At search you will only be able to search for the first person of a couple profile
ISSUE 2
Avatar for couples is ugly for sure. Just leave it as a single picture. I know there is a mod to do this and I have it but it would be great if it was not needed.
Anyone here using the couple feature the way it should be working?
It's useless if I may say so and there are many posts about this feature. It partially works but the important things you should be able to do with a couple profile are not there or not working.
AN EXAMPLE FOR SEARCH
Let's say there is a couple female/male. The female is person 1, male person 2. Female is bi-curious looking for man/woman. Male is straight looking for woman.
Now I will search for a woman who is bi-curious and looking for a woman. I will find the couple profile too because the female from the couple profile is person 1. I will also find her if im looking for a woman who is bi-curious and looking for a man.
The problem starts with search for couple person 2, the male. Search what you will. You will never find the person 2 of a couple profile.
All I can say is that this couple feature is not yet what it is supposed to be. I bet i'm not the only one who thinks it is bad. If there is anyone here who has this working, share if you will, how you got it working. It is a couple but counted as a single profile.
