Creating Groups Error

Hi when i go to a group that i have created i get this error:

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Still havnt managed to solve the problem. I do know that it is to do with one of the settings in php5. I created a phpinfo.php file to check these settings and all seems fine but would someone be able to send me a copy of there phpinfo so i can compare and check?

only one problem I notice at

.. that

file_get_contents can`t get content by URI .. we colliding with it before, but this was just server configuration ..

so, this mean that possible your server have firewall that was closed connections from your server to this server (it sometimes used to prevent infinity loops of server )

you should disable this restriction, and function must will work without problem
