Data Location & Regular Auto backup

Data is all over the place, it would be nice to locate the Data files (pictures, vids, files, etc) in a Data Directory at the root just as in the modules directory is divided by module so could the data directory be divided the exact same way.

This would allow the option to backup all data files only... instead of backing up the whole site and editing the permissions from scratch.

With this option in place, an incremental backup could be initiated to a remote drive or directory allowing the data to be backed up to a cloud service or cloud synced directory.  Allowing the latest data to always be safe. This could take place at particular intervals as stipulated by admin automatically after a dirty flag has been set... (after data is updated, data has been added or deleted), included in the data directory it would be nice to have a database backup directory so all data can be backed up in one fowl swoop.

The option to backup and restore the Database is available but this does not include the datafiles.

It would be nice to include data files backup and restore as a complete site wide restore of data.

Ideally the first step would be to separate the data files so the option to safe guard websites latest data is in place.

I think this is an imperative change needed for dolphin as a server can fail and then you may be stuck with old data...
