get Database error and it is when user or admin tery to delete member/profile:

can u chk your DB and make sure that u have a table called...   bx_fdb_comments

let me know then we can work from there.....

i look at the the phpMyAdmin and did not see this there.

But i have this DB in file that i kept before i upgraded the site from 7.0.1 to 7.0.2 and i just now uploaded this file from Admin to the site and it is ok now

Yes, the error is stating that that table is missing; add it and try again.
