Default Video Formats

Anyone know what are the default video formats that are accepted by the free ray uploader?

and where you can set a total filesize for the videos uploaded

One of the file size settings is within the ray widget panel under video player settings.  You can set it higher there.  Then you have to change the size in the php.ini on your server if you have access to it.  On mine they have it set to 64mb and I have no access to it what so ever, so kind of stuck with that.
