Design Box Issue

I have an issue with one designbox overlaying another. When I view anyones profile there are 2 Actions designboxes overlaying each other. One box (bottom layer box) says Actions with no content and another is set inside or (top layer box) of the box I just mentioned that says Actions with all different actions you can click on. I want to get rid of the bottom layer design box. This is the only place and design box that does this. Anyone have suggestions where i can edit this in the php etc.???

Umm, just installed a privacy mod, but i think it was like that beforehand. I've edited general.css and stuff to change colors, texts, etc.

in templates/base/bxbaseprofileview.php

revert to orig and install mod again doing only this file part
