Difference in member totals?

Cam someone tell me why in the admin member total I could have "366" total members - but then login to the site itself and click on "All Members" and there are only "145"?

There are no unconfirmed members.

I now have 959 "active" members.  However, when I click on the "All Members" link there are only 386.  Can someone help me understand why "all" of the members are not showing up?

Help with this anyone?

I know of one reason.

If you removed "age field" ( date of birth) , then those members who didnt fill out the DOB info in their account will not be shown.

Thank you - that must be what happened.  I did in fact remove the DOB.
