Disabled items still showing up

I'm not using the 'forums' so I disabled them after installing the module (which is necessary to have some other modules).

The forum option is still showing in my account at the left bottom as : _bx_forums: 0 _bx_forum_topics, 0 _bx_forum_posts

How can I remove the forum item from my account ?

I haven't installed the 7.0.2 patch already, but has this item been solved in the meantime ?

Looks like a bug, I think you need check it into 7.0.2
