Documentation for use of Builders

Hello

I cannot find good (or any) docs on how to use the builders (the wiki has no entry). These are very important in Dolphin and give it its strength (in part at least). Does anyone know where I can find the docs, how to create new pages/blocks/buttons and everything else?

Problem with the Dolphin docs is that there are many empty topics. That's where I looked last time.
