Dolphin Admin panel issue

Hi All

I installed dolphin 7.3.5 from cpanel via softaculous. The installation went smooth with out any errors. And the site is opening normally with out any issues. But the admin panel when I logged in is launching the dashboard. I get white screen with nothing.

cpanel error log is showing these error messages

 [:error] in /home2/vgrowmed/public_html/nova/inc/classes/BxDolTemplate.php on line 1203

 [:error] [pid 1238224] in /home2/vgrowmed/public_html/nova/inc/classes/BxDolTemplate.php(1207) : runtime-created function on line 1, referer: https://www.vgrowmedia.com/nova/administration/index.php

Anybody has any idea as to how I figure out the root cause of this issue? I contacted boonex support but got no response. Last time when I sent a mail they took 6 days to respond.So I am not relying on their support.

I can't help, but to give others a better chance, can you tell us a little about your server and your host? Softaculous doesn't do much checking as far as I can recall and it's possible that your server's php.ini and other areas may need to be refined. As you can't get to Admin/Tools/Host Tools you'll need to start somewhere here:

The errors are to do with string replacements as far as I can see, so it will probably be a setting in PHP.ini.
