Error accessing Groups

I get an error after creating a group and trying to access it:

I tried a new orca license but that didn't work.

Can anyone help?

please make sure that you allow:

allow_fopen_url

seems I type without errors.

Without this you always will got such warning

allow_fopen_url is not disabled on this server. I ran a phpinfo and it shows it is on.

Any suggestions?

I figured it out. The shared server does not support full write directories (777).
