Hello,
I just moved Dolphin onto a new server. It is now PAINFULLY slow. It takes over 30 seconds for the homepage to load.
The new server is hosted at a different ISP. The bandwith, ram, disk usage, etc are all fine. There is a farily restrictive firewall and I'm wondering if I need to open any unusual ports for the "phone home" system??
Any suggestions??
