FTP Video

I have FTP'd video to my website...it was a rather large video...I need my members to be able to see it.

I don;t want to use my RAY interface because I've taken uploadiung videos from my members.  Is there a way to get the video to stream to them without using the ray interface in the Admin panel?

I think that you could use a Flash player that have connected with a xml flie to take the videos

I have one for mp3 i thing that make ir for flv could be easy
