Facebook Connect Error : Cant't define your profile information

Hi All

I have big problem on my dolphin. When a user connect with facebook connect it can be successfull but after log out facebook and site close the screen after a bit time come and use again and log in with facebook connect it has an errorr : Cant't define your profile information error ? Please help...

Hello try to remove all profiles that created with facebook. And try again login - logout

I try it. Remove all members and install again and login logout. But not solve this. Problem is going on... I try it other sites and demos. This problem not only in my dolphin. For example : http://www.demozzz.com/dolphin706b/ .. Please help. I download files in other topic related this but not solving. Only i deleted or change cookie it is ok. But i can not wait from users to deleted or changed cookie file with notepad...

Deleted facebook cookies is not solving. I delete dolphin domain cookie or edit and deleted its content..

Thanks very much. We can logout but if we logged out from dolphin site but not facebook log out When we try to enter dolphin site with facebook connect It login auto.. If we log out from facebook and try to with facebook connect we are redirected to facebook api to login... And this is not big problem... So Thanks again.

Melenuri - I just tested your website link and your FaceBook Connect worked perfectly as did both emails I received (including my new password). What did you do exactly to get this to work? I have cleared the cache, replaced code as per the ticket fix, replaced the generated key, etc. and still the same thing.

 

Might it be the configuration at FaceBook itself? We can only use iFrame in the setup and is that OK with this version (Dolphin 7.06)?
