Flags for languages are interchanged

Flag Pictures sv.gif and se.gif in media/images/flags/ are interchanged. Change the file name on them and the fault is corrected . This applies for earlier versions of Dolphin as well.

Please could you be more descriptive ? 

It looks already correct now:

- Sweden, country code - SE, flag - se.gif 

- El Salvador - country code - SV, flag - sv.gif 

When creating a new language , one should fill in the code . Code for Swedish language is sv not se. se is the country code for sweden. It should stand country code so it's easier to understand which code to use.
