Form input labels displaying incorrectly

I have an option when my users are joining the site to select from a pull down menu, and display that info on their profile page.  The title of the option is Member Types but when I look at the profile page I get this:

_FieldCaption_member_type_View

I tried to check in the language settings and all of my tables in the database and I cannot find it anywhere to change it.  Where would I need to look to check these settings?

You need to add the language key manually for this.

Key Name: _FieldCaption_member_type_View

Category: System

String text for English language: Member Type

Save it then refresh the page where this is displayed.
