Friend and Mutual Friend Block in Profile Page

Hi to all! I don;t know if it's just me but how come a profile owner cannot view his/her friends in their Profile page but can view others? Looking at the Builder, the 2 blocks are there. Am I missing something here? Hope this is not a duplicate topic. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Oki Doki! I was just thinking of displaying it below the Description block if I'm viewing it under My Profile.
