HTML Block

I get this when I give HTML Block (This block has no properties)
this is in the menu builder

how I can add more HTML Block?

Admin Panel > Builders > Pages Block

then select a page

go down past the Active Blocks and then in the Inactive Blocks or/and Samples you find "HTML Block"...

Drag this up to "Active Blocks" and is ready to use...
