HTML showing in FORUM page

I had to restore my Dolphin form a month old backup.  All went well but for some reason when I go to Forums i get lots of HTML before the forum shows.  I get no header section at all.  Then i get the Forms then no fotter section more HTML

Now the catch is it does this with Mozilla browser and not with IE or Safari.  I tried another computer with Mozill and got the same thing.

Actually i have latest 6.1 dolphin installed to and it is blank but does the same thing.  Gives HTML before empty forum block then html for footer.  Here is sample HTML

The Forum/XML problem fixed.  I found an entry in the boonex ORCA forum saying to enable xslt in the apache/php and recompile.  I did it and it worked.  It fixed the Forum and Group problems.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
