Help w/ tiny_mce {$lang_insert_image_src} ?

Im not sure what to do about this?

inserting pictures and emoticons for tiny_mce I am getting this {$lang_insert_image_src}  on all the function buttons.

I cant insert either (pics or emoticons)

I need to know how to fix this...Thank

To fix this I had to downloaded a fresh copy of dolphin and replaced the either tiny_mce folder. Now the emoticons are available for the blogs as well as all the options for inserting a picture but, I can live it.

The editor for some reason works perfect in the aritlces though

Ok now my builders tiny_mce editor is not working!!!! Im not sure what to do about this. If anyone else has had this issure and would love some imput!
