Help which file tells the profile page where to get its style from

A few days ago i ask TMd hosting to transfer me from a VSP to a Dedicated server after the transfer 

i notice that my site was screwed up 

right now one of the problem i am face and can't really figure out is my members profile page is pulling its style from a cust template which we use for a different part of our site 

my question is which file tells the profile page where to get its style from i have been looking and can't find it 

If am not sure,

but i think all css are compressed by gzip compressor. Profile page pulls css code in common.css, general.css, forms_adv.css and profile_view.css.

those are all css files i am looking for the file that tells the members profile page where to get these css  files

for some reason after the transfer to a dedicated server it is now taking it style from a custom template i created

i just want to point it back to the base template
