who tested live chat helpdesk on chat+?

i have custom template and livechat helpdesk dont work

i set to guest only and dont screen window

any sugestion

Make sure that you specified Dolphin site URL in chat+ settings, also you can check browser's error console for any errors.

Does it matter what type of host package you have??

If you want to install the own Chat+ server you need to have VPS or dedicated hosting plan.

My problem is that the oauth2 module doesn't connect.  Error is JSON error but I looked through the module and I don't see where it is generating JSON.

Does anyone know who created help desk . May be they can help
