How Do You Change The "Help" Page

When I Click On Help-> Help it says this:

Site help is here, to change it to your own you need to translate _HELP language key in Dolphin admin panel

How do you translate the _Help language key?

By going to Settings -> language Settings and then do a search for Help

I did that, and I see where I can change it, but do I need to do anything else?

I guess it's the lingo that's throwing me off.  What are they talking about when they say I need to translate it?

I'm wondering how to do this myself. I searched the lanquage keys but am unsure which one to edit from the loaded results.
