How do u manage permission

I want to make my site say access denied for guest that click the photo button or profile and tell them to sign up or log in .. i know how to change the language basic  but how do u edit files for all guess permissions this is crazy lol ... I don't want to hid the form i want it to promote join or log in

If u delete all actions from 'visitor' level then they will see info about 'weak' membership and offering to upgrade it. It almost the same what u need.
