How to Send Email Blast

Hi -

I'm working on learning all the ins and outs of the software before I launch a site. I created a mass email, and put it in the queue. What do I need to do then?  It never seemed to be sent to my test members' email boxes?

Once the emails are added to queue it will starts send mails every 10 minutes.

Check whether you have added the cronjobs during install.

Is there any other way to use Mass Mailer besides a CRON job.  My hosting plan doesn't allow for CRON jobs.

No. If you don't wan't to set cronjobs only way is all mails has to be sent at once. This will load your server and other services like yahoo may think you are spaming. Ask you host to enable of get a new host.
